Meridian Dashboard

Meridian’s power users loved what the product could do. New users rarely lasted the trial period. The onboarding gap was a dashboard that presented every possible data point at once, with no hierarchy or progressive disclosure.

Working embedded within the product team over four months, we audited every screen against real usage data, interviewed 24 power users and 12 churned customers, and rebuilt the information architecture from the ground up. A new modular panel system lets teams configure their view while maintaining sensible defaults. The accompanying design system — built in Figma with documented tokens — is now used by the in-house engineering team for all future feature development.
