Bloom is a quarterly magazine about deliberate living — slow travel, intentional consumption, and the aesthetics of restraint. The editorial brief was clear: avoid the usual wellness magazine tropes. No stock-photo smoothie bowls, no aspirational clutter.
The grid system is deliberately generous — wide margins, long leading, room to breathe. Typography plays a structural role, with display type functioning almost as image: large, confident, and occasionally disruptive. The cover treatment changes with each issue, maintaining a recognizable format while allowing the art direction to respond to the season’s thematic focus.
